Shipping & Delivery Timelines

• We deliver across India through trusted courier partners such as Shiprockat, Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, Xpressbees, and India Post.

• Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 2–5 business days

• Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–7 business days

• Remote / Rural Locations: 5–10 business days

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping: Available on all prepaid orders above ₹[amount]

• Standard Shipping Fee: ₹[amount] for orders below the free shipping threshold

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Extra ₹[amount]

• COD is available in most serviceable pincodes.

Delays, Non-Delivery & Issues

• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

• In case of failed delivery attempts, the courier will re-attempt delivery. If still unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us.
